Artistic, elegant, interesting and community-based, NW6 has so much to offer. Families are often drawn to this area for its stunningly wide, tree-lined streets and strong community spirit. It’s a young and vibrant community, which is still blooming, and is home to properties with plenty of character. Truly elegant and classy architecture will remind of bygone eras, and artists, musicians and other creative professionals are all drawn to the late Victorian and Edwardian aesthetics.

The Tricycle Theatre is also a key point of community in the entirety of North London. Queens’ Park is a beautiful attraction too, a great place for walks and meeting, daydreaming or watching the spring flowers begin to bloom.

Home to the community-led Lexi Cinema (which donates all its proceeds to charity), as well as the restorative Gladstone Park, NW10 is a quieter area of London with a lot of heart. It’s also home to the Shri Swaminarayan Mandir (an awe-inspiring Hindu temple in Neasden with breathtaking architecture) which is a beautiful sight-seeing destination and a site of multicultural activity.

Beautifully cosmopolitan but maintaining the charm of old London, the area is in the process of being modernised, making this a truly up-and-coming place to be. Bars and pubs are cropping up throughout the area, offering a great selection of cocktails and ales and making the area appealing to the young and hip crowds.

Easily accessible transportation means you can easily take an Overground train or the W7 bus route into Central London.
