Set in the London Borough of Camden as part of the Kilburn postal code, West Hampstead is a lively and welcoming part of North West London. West End Lane lies at the heart of the area and is lined with marvellous shops, restaurants, bakeries and pubs.
Legend has it that the Beatles ’ song ‘ The Long and Winding Road ’ was written about West End Lane as the band were often in the area when recording at Abbey Road studios. Whilst Jimi Hendrix held one of his first performances in the 1960s at The Railway Pub
